General Conditions for Takeaway and Delivery Orders
1. Ordering Process:

Orders must be confirmed by the restaurant before they are considered valid.

All menu items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute or change ingredients based on market availability.
Special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, allergy concerns) must be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.
3. Pricing and Payment:
Prices listed on the menu are subject to change without prior notice.
All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.
Delays in payment may result in the cancellation of the order.
4. Takeaway Service:
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order upon collection at the restaurant.
The restaurant is not liable for any errors in the order once it has been picked up.
5. Delivery Service:
Delivery is available within a specific radius of the restaurant, which is communicated on our website.
Delivery fees may apply and will be specified at the time of order.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors.
6. Customer Responsibility:
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
The restaurant is not liable for any missed or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7. Refunds and Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made as soon as possible and may be subject to fees based on the timing of the cancellation.
Refunds are only applicable for incorrect or missing items, and such claims must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.
8. Health and Safety:
Our restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations.
Please inform our staff of any allergies or intolerances before ordering.

10. Intellectual Property Rights:
Our websites, logos, texts, photos, names, and, in general, our communication are protected by intellectual property rights resting either with us, our suppliers, or other rights holders.
It is prohibited to use and/or modify the intellectual property rights described in this article. The customer is, for example, not allowed to copy or reproduce our designs, photos, names, texts, logos, color combinations, etc., without our prior express written permission.
11. Privacy and Data Protection:
We are responsible for processing your personal data and we do so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
12. Liability:
We disclaim all liability except in cases of gross or intentional fault. Furthermore, we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages for which we have not expressly provided our liability in these terms. Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount of the price set for this order (excluding VAT).
We make every effort to ensure that the website is accessible 24/7. Due to the technical characteristics of the internet and computer tools, and the necessity to periodically carry out maintenance, updates, or upgrades, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and service provision. In case of interruptions or normally acceptable disruption of access or service provision, we make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.
13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
All disputes relating to our offers and/or contracts or arising from them are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute or contestation, only the courts of the district of our registered office will have jurisdiction.
